Dia de dar tchau sem nem mesmo ter dado oi. As vezes é difícil entender os planos de Deus e aceitar que nem tudo acontece conforme planejado. Muita coisa mudou dentro de mim. Aprendi muito sobre a fluidez da vida, o ir e vir. Aprendi que não sou a única, muitas mulheres passam por isso, muitas mesmo e talvez você que tá lendo seja uma delas. É algo que está fora do nosso controle, simplesmente acontece. Eu tô escrevendo aqui em prol de muitas mulheres que passam por essa dor, por esse desafio que é entender e aceitar algo inexplicável. Aceitar a dor da frase: “não era pra ser”.

O jiu jitsu é sim uma escola da vida. Te ensina a perder, te ensina a correr atrás de um sonho, te ensina que a persistência é o único caminho. E por aqui não vai ser diferente.

Você pode estar se perguntando porque eu estou postando algo tão pessoal em rede social.. Quando recebi a notícia, me senti culpada, como se tivesse algo de errado comigo, me senti sozinha. Ao conversar com meninas que passaram pelo o que eu passei eu pude entender melhor que eu não tô sozinha. Que isso não é algo que eu tenha feito de errado. Elas me acolheram e confortaram minha dor. E a intenção desse post é o mesmo. É dizer que você não tá sozinha! Que isso é mais comum do que parece, só que é bem difícil de se falar a respeito.

Hoje eu dei um tchau, mas tenho certeza que no futuro, o nosso “Oi “ vira com muitas e muitas alegrias. Tudo no tempo de Deus 🙏🏼

To be a girl in a martial art is not easy. Since

To be a girl in a martial art is not easy.
Since day one you learn about losing. We can’t win all the rounds. It’s very hard to have a light training because if we are sparring against a guy, we need to use 100% of our strength.
I know how frustrating it can be.
For a long time I thought that to deserve a blackbelt I couldn’t lose to a lower belt. For me, to train with a juvenile blue belt was a nightmare. I used to cry so much because I wasn’t able to perform at the level of my own expectations.
It took me a long amount of time to see things in a different way that applies not only to girls but to everyone:
-Doesn’t matter the colour of the belts, you can’t always win, there is always someone younger, fitter, stronger or better than you
- You can’t possibly compare yourself with a guy. We are different human beings. Different physiology, different bodies. Different in so many ways.
- Losing is part of the process and it’s better to learn this soon. It’s an opportunity to learn. This way you can take something from the situation instead of be cruel to yourself.

And last thing is don’t complain if someone is strong and is training hard with you. Take this as a complement if they need to use all their power. It means that his only option is to use something that you don’t have.
Be happy about it and learn how to enjoy the small victories!

At the end of the day you need to have fun!! It’s to be cool and funny! ✨✨
